Elderflower with Ginger, 240 g

A warm, spiced bite balances sweet, sour and bitter notes. By extracting the nuances of elderflower, a concentrated flavour unfolds with freshness, sweetness and subtle bitterness from the blossom. Fresh young ginger is dried and blended, a process that transforms gingerols into shogaols and intensifies the sharp, spicy character.

Ingredients:
Glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, corn starch, acidity regulators (malic acid, sodium citrate), natural flavouring, sugar, coconut oil, ginger powder, acid (citric acid), glazing agent (carnauba wax).
