Shipping for Switzerland:
Orders over CHF 250.– within Switzerland are free of shipping costs! All orders are being shipped with the Swiss Post within 1–2 working days starting from Tuesday. Every shipping contains a tracking nr. which can be traced over a website once the order is sent. Further tracking can be checked on your local post company.
- Swiss Post Pac Economy (2–3 days delivery time) starting at CHF 8.50 depending on the weight
- Swiss Post Pac Priority (1–2 days delivery time) starting at CHF 10.50 dependingo on the weight
- Pick up at the store (Monday–Saturday) after receiving our confirmation
- Cargo Bike delivery in Basel Stadt starting at CHF 8.50 / CHF 10.50 if time is available, otherwise Swiss Post with the listed conditions
Shipping for the rest of the world:
The flat-rate shipping costs for each country can be calculated in the shopping cart and are being added in the end of the checkout process. If your country is not listed you may send us a message for gathering detailed information about the costs. The duration of the shipping differs and depending on the country it is even longer than normal. Ooid Store is not responsible for delays and returns. Rejected or uncollected consignments will be charged with a handling fee of 15%. Please find the approx. shipping duration during the checkout process. Some countries do not support the Swiss Post tracking system. You can track the parcel with your local post company of the destination country. All orders outside Switzerland are being shipped registred.
