German Trainer GAT, White/Transp

This model comes directly from the Novesta archives. The production of the BW indoor trainer, also known as the GAT (German Army Trainer), by Novesta represents a paradox of the Cold War; originally developed by Adidas for the German Armed Forces, Adidas had this sports shoe manufactured for the military in the socialist Eastern Bloc. Apparently, this contradiction was not a problem for either the German Armed Forces or the communists in Czechoslovakia.

Now, the GAT has been revived by Novesta at its historic production site.
