In the years 19-69, a naked woman with a cross walked through the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. The performance was called 'Female Christ'. The social revolution and the crossing of boundaries in the 1960s led to new forms of expression for artists. Some artists defied the prevailing values and behaviors of society by using performance art. As a result, important voices and parts of art history from this period are in danger of fading away, as they only exist as photographic or filmed records.
The 'Female Christ' perfume ensures that the memory of the art performance created and performed by artists Lene Adler Petersen and Bj?rn N?rgaard at the Copenhagen Stock Exchange lives on forever.
